תיאור: בית ספר יסודי אלמוג אילת הוא בית הספר הראשון שהוקם בעיר, עוד בשנות ה-50. בתחילה, דירה בת שני חדרים היא שהיוותה את מבנה בית הספר, ואוכלוסיית התלמידים לא עלתה על 20. הוא נקרא אז "ממלכתי א'",
