Deutsch: Spiegelwaage Marke Gloria, Herstller Steinfeld & Blasberg. Ca 1915.
Konstruktionsbedingt sehr kleine Personenwaage (Spiegelwaage). Die zu wiegende Person konnte sich auf die Platte oben auf der Waage stellen und das eigene Gewicht im Spiegel ablesen. Dazu wurde das von der Person aus nicht sichtbare und unter dieser angebrachte Ziffernblatt spiegelverkehrt beschriftet. Auf dem unten an der Waage angebrachten, aufklappbarer Spiegel, der mit einer Kette in Position gehalten wird konnte dann das eigene Gewicht abgelesen werden. Es können maximal 125 kg gewogen werden.

Very small bathroom scales (mirror scales) due to their design. The person to be weighed could stand on the plate at the top of the scale and read their own weight in the mirror. For this purpose, the dial, which was not visible from the person and was attached underneath, was labelled mirror-inverted. You could then read your own weight on the hinged mirror attached to the bottom of the scales, which was held in position by a chain. A maximum of 125 kg can be weighed. |
