תיאור: העיר נתיבות -תחילת הדרך
הערות: נְתִיבוֹת - עיר בדרום שהוכרזה כעיר בשנת 2000. משמעות השם "נתיבות" הוא "דרכים". פסוק מספר משלי "בראש מרומים עלי דרך בית נתיבות נצבה". הוקמה ב 1956 כמעברה "עזתה" אליה הובאו עולים מצפון אפריקה לפי התוכנית שאישרה הממשלה לפזר חלק מהאוכלוסייה העולה בנגב. בשנת 1957 שונה שמה ל"נתיבות" והיא החלה לשמש מרכז אזורי ליישובי הנגב הצפון־מערבי. העיר גדלה בשנות ה־80 עם היחלשות החקלאות ומעבר תושבי מושבים בסביבתה אליה. בשנות ה־90 הגיעו אליה גם עולים מברית המועצות ואתיופיה.
