תיאור: קיבוץ ניר עם - בתחילת הדרך
הערות: נִיר עַם - קיבוץ בנגב הצפוני-מערבי בתנועה הקיבוצית. הוקם ב 1943 על ידי קבוצת ניר חיים, חברי ארגון גורדוניה מסרביה והתגבשו בגבעת הקיבוצים ליד רחובות וליד קריית ביאליק. הצטרפו עולים מארגנטינה ומצרפת. ב1946 החלף השם לניר עם, כסמל לניר של חלוצי העם המפלסים דרך להתיישבות המוני ישראל באזור. קרן היסוד חפר במקום באר לאספקת מים. קידוחים באזור הוו מקור לקו המים שסיפק מים ל-11 הנקודות בנגב, שהוקמו ב1947. ב-7 באוקטובר 2023, תקפו כ-35 מחבלי ארגון חמאס את הקיבוץ ונבלמו ע"י כיתת הכוננות , מג"ב וגולני.
