Description

From older pictures. A flooded Ganga at Varanasi during the monsoons of 2004. Four boatmen tried hard to keep our boat stable and moving in the right direction but they had to give up in twenty minutes. The picture is stitched out of two pictures using Hugin. Taken with a Zenit 212k camera and a 58mm HELIOS-44K lens. I like the nineteenth century look it got after much tampering.
