04/74 Buckle plate
Description
English: Part of a buckle plate together with the pin. The frame is missing together with most of the lower part of the plate. Three dome-headed rivets survive. The surviving decoration on the plate is confined to a single transverse engraved line adjacent to the cutout for the pin. and a ring of widely-spaced dots around the central rivet.
