Title
03/524 Possible disc brooch, front view
Description
English: Possibly the central part of an umbonate disc brooch, apparently with a high tin content. Below the present rim the broken edge projects downwards and not outwards, suggesting the original width of the object is present. There is no trace of either hinge or catchplate, which suggests that the object is not a brooch and may be of much later date
Depicted place (County of findspot) East Sussex
Date between 1 and 410

FindID: 61331
