Description
English: Julia and I were expecting a braised pork hock with a caramelised jus or gravy. Instead, we get melting cubes of pork, probably braised in a stock with star anise and garlic, cubed then deep fried until the skin has a resilient bite.

Served with a chilli vinegar and caramelised palm sugar.

Nice, and quite Asian-like. Quite steep at $33.
