English: A 1917 German World war I 250mm mortar gun (25 cm Minenwerfer) which has been placed outside the village hall located on The Street in the village of Honing, Norfolk, England. This Mortar Gun was given to the village of Honing in 1920 where it was placed outside the Post Office until 1070. It was then presented to the Strumpshaw Steam Museum who in turn gave it back when villagers asked to borrow it for their World War One commemorations in 2014. |
