Description

Two flowers, coral stone pillars, and a wooden trellis make a beautiful walkway thru the gardens. The purple / blue flowers are a mixture of Clockvine and Queens Wreath (Petrea volubulis). This creates a gorgeous pergola at the Caribbean garden.


A Photowalk through the lovely Naples Botanical Gardens on a beautiful Sunday afternoon in January. How nice to do this with friends from Flickr and from across the country! Maria Coleman was so gracious to invite us for a tour of these beautiful gardens in her area. Martha Thornburg was in the area from Seattle and I come down, occasionally, from Iowa. We became educational tech friends and acquaintances from over a decade ago, thanks to the educational media that took off around 2005.
