| Description |
中文（臺灣）： 「黑藥仔港」指的是萬長春圳四結支圳，其貫穿五結鄉，早期環保意識尚未抬頭，是家庭汙水直接排放主道。加上當時中興紙廠等工業廢水排放，造成圳水汙濁黝黑並發出惡臭，居民乃稱此圳為「黑藥仔港」。
「黑藥仔港」的汙水隨著水圳流路，匯入五結排水幹線，沿途流經台興南路、下四北路、國民中路、五結北路、協和北路、孝威路、錦草路、大眾北路直至出海，造成各地水源污染，連累五結排水幹線也被稱為「黑水港」。 2001年中興紙廠停業，國民對環保觀念亦日漸成熟，縣府也陸續推動污水下水道系統建設等，今圳道水質已改善甚多。 |
