Description
中文：魯凱族大南社（Taromak，臺東廳臺東郡蕃地タルマ社）男性祖先木雕柱，臺北市大安區學府次分區學府里
English: These posts appear to be representations of ancestors, placed in the youth meeting house of the old Rukai village of Taromak. There were 10 carved posts in the Taromak meeting house which represented the 10 ancestors related to the establishment exploration of the village. They were displayed to commemorate and worship, as well as to protect their descendants.
