Description
中文（臺灣）：高雄站前保安宮原為𩻸(大)港保安宮，主祀保生大帝源於高雄桃子園庄青雲宮之香火，後才雕塑金身奉祀，廟內清乾隆十六年（1751）「道憲碑記縣主示稿」古碑可推測，𩻸港保安宮最遲應於此時已建，目前廟內尚留有清乾隆四十六年由臺灣府學士張錦所贈「𩻸里礁香」匾（現掛出的為民國六十年的重製版）。

正殿主祀保生大帝、李府千歲、九天玄女、觀音佛祖、中壇元帥、虎爺、註生娘娘、福德正神。 文昌殿主祀文昌帝君及五神尊，（梓潼帝君、魁斗星君、朱衣帝君、文衡聖帝、孚佑帝君）。

太歲殿奉祀有太歲星君、斗姥元君、左輔洞明星君、右弼隱光星君，由於祂的地理位置已被高樓大廈遮掩，遊客不像其他大廟多，但歷史沿革卻吸引了不少喜愛研究寺廟神祗的人士。
