中文：駐巴拉圭周麟大使於本(109)年3月2日上午前往拜會巴國最高法院新任院長馬丁內茲(Alberto Martínez Simón)，第二副院長雅內絲(Carolina Llanes)及甫卸任院長希梅內茲(Eugenio Jiménez Rolón)大法官應邀陪見。

周大使首先代表我司法院許院長宗力祝賀馬丁內茲院長於獲任命大法官1年內即榮膺巴國最高法院院長要職，雙方並允在前所奠定的良好基礎上賡續強化兩國司法交流與合作。馬丁內茲院長則感謝我政府支持該院有線電視台案，該電視台對巴國民眾掌握該院動態及協助該院提升其業務透明度等均有助益。周大使強調，提升施政透明度已成世界各國政府之要務，我政府甚為重視，所以欣然支持該電視台計畫。
雙方另就目前臺巴各項雙邊合作及深化兩國司法交流等議題廣泛交換意見。
