中文（臺灣）：明治29年（1896）起，日本政府陸續在清領時期興築的西城門內外，設立「澎湖島要塞砲兵大隊」官兵宿舍；二戰結束，國民政府接收這些建築，作為大陸撤退後的軍眷宿舍，也就是現在普遍稱呼的「篤行十村」，當年因為人多屋少，漸漸形成增建和違章建築的雜亂景象。篤行十村具有日式及光復後的特殊歷史特色，保存完整，其價值除建築本體外，聚落紋理及周圍環境更為其重點所在，目前澎湖只剩該處日式宿舍群，宜積極保留以留下歷史文物。
