位於阿里山森林遊樂區內，慈雲寺旁，建立於昭和7年（1932年）。碑文為京都帝國大學文學博士鈴木虎雄所撰寫，以紀念好友河合鈰太郎博士開發阿里山地區的功績。 碑文正面的銘刻「琴山河合博士旌功碑」由京都大學教授，同時也是哲學家及文學家的西田幾多郎親手揮筆書寫。 |
