中文（臺灣）：西寧寺不動明王係日治時代所保留至今之文物，見證日治時期的殖民歷史及宗教信仰發展。神像雕工細膩，栩栩如生，保存良好，木製，頂有七髻，頭左垂一辮髮，眼與齒上有橘色，下唇咬上唇，右手持劍，左手持索，色青黑，坐大盤石，花蓮地區如此大型的木刻不動明王神像，僅餘碧蓮寺與西寧寺二尊，具有珍貴及稀有性。
