中文：駐處粘處長夫婦應邀出席日台經文交流協會親睦活動。

處長夫婦與杉本市長及日台交流協會幹部互動。
此間日台經濟文化交流協會（會長：上村直子）於4月10日首次舉行春季親睦活動，出席人員除該會副會長及幹部 20人外，另邀請台日文經協會秘書長呂昌平夫婦與會，駐處粘處長夫婦亦應邀參加。
乙行於當（10）日午間抵達駒根市時，市長特派國際觀光推進特別顧問惠崎良太郎及推進室主任武田英昭向訪團致意；晚間杉本幸治市長偕產業部長涉谷仁士及觀光協會會長小原恒敏、次長今村公彥亦特地與會與乙行懇親交流。

杉本市長致詞，表示渠自平成23年起開始與我台中市等縣市交流，欣見台日人員往來及台日關係友好密切；台日文經協會呂秘書長亦感謝台日相關友好團體平日促進兩國交流盛情，盼今後繼續協助；駐處粘處長則推崇杉本市長及小原會長平日推動台日地方交流有成，盼今後繼續支持指教。
