中文：這批相片由台灣新生報記者於1976年4月20日拍攝，主題為中樞致祭成陵大典。典禮在臺北市僑光堂（即今臺大鹿鳴堂）舉行，目的為追崇元太祖成吉思汗的功績，由蒙藏委員會委員長崔垂言主祭，五院代表與在臺邊疆政教等人士出席陪祭。
1912年中華民國成立後為處理蒙古、西藏事務，於國務院下成立蒙藏事務局，1914年改設蒙藏院。1928年後國民政府北伐後取得政權，在行政院下設蒙藏委員會。1949年後外蒙古已經獨立，而西藏與內蒙古則為中華人民共和國統治。但蒙藏委員會為宣示中華民國國家領土、主權完整的象徵而繼續存在，實際業務則包含輔導在臺灣的蒙藏人民升學、就業、進修蒙藏文，以及聯繫海外蒙胞、藏胞等。至2017年11月廢除《蒙藏委員會組織法》，業務移交外交部、文化部與行政院大陸委員會。 蒙藏委員會在臺每年舉辦中樞致祭成吉思汗陵大典，2016年總統馬英九親臨主祭，是唯一一次由總統擔任主祭，2017年蒙藏委員會廢除後，改由文化部蒙藏文化中心以蒙古民族紀念儀典名義進行成吉思汗祭典。 |
