中文（臺灣）：臺北市長柯文哲17日上午出席BOT制度研討會，會議開始前他特地闡述了上任以來處理事情的心得，柯文哲強調，面對問題是解決問題的第一點，他請大家想想看，過去這幾年當中的這幾個案子，最近都被熱烈討論，也造成社會安危、動盪不安，身為當事者的臺北市政府在面對社會有這麼有問題，造成社會不安的時候，應該要率先出來想辦法解決問題，把問題找出來，檢討過去是為了建立一個美好的未來，而不是為了清算前朝，除弊興利是一體兩面，但是在每一個除弊的過程當中，都要問自己「如果重來一遍，怎樣做會更好？」。 |
