The defendant in this case was found guilty of ‘picking quarrels and provoking trouble’ and sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of ten months for his reposting of tweets that were deemed ‘inappropriate remarks that insulted the leader of the Party and the state’ or ‘false information that concerned major domestic events’. This is the fourth page of the judgement.

Januar 2021 erlassen wurde.
