中文（臺灣）：面對國民黨立委以「引發戰爭」、「造成廢死」為由反對下降修憲門檻，民進黨立委李俊俋痛批，國民黨其實是威權心態，不想讓人民修憲。但2014年4月28日，前民進黨立委郭正亮說：「美國固然樂見台灣民主化，但並不樂見台灣民主受制於由下而上、難以掌握的民粹運動；尤其對於可能導致統獨公投的人民制憲運動，更期期以為不可。」 |
