中文（臺灣）：於大正三年興建的林田警察官吏派出所與光復後派出所相連，可窺探兩個時代的警察建築史特色，在日治時期，林田警察官吏派出所位於移民村中心，為當時的村落政教中心，光復後國民政府因原警察廳已老舊，不符合現代需求，因而建造新式廳舍，並與原警察廳相比臨，為警察廳設建築的演變有了實際的辨識與證明。
