| Description |
中文：山門意為寺院正面的樓門，寺院的一般稱呼。過去的寺院多居山林，故名"山門"。通常寺院為了避開市井塵俗而建於山林之間，因此稱山號、設山門。
學佛求解脫，先要入門，入什麼門呢？就是佛寺「山門」。 山門，也稱「三門」，由空門、無相門及無作門組成。 「空門」象徵離欲入道，要人遠離名利、愛憎，以進入「無相門」。 無相意謂不執著於已有的認知，最後進入「無作門」。 無作是指不再造作惡業，以斷絕解脫輪迴的障礙。 俗客若能放下一身塵染，依此三門進入，便是解脫第一步。所以又喚此門為「解脫門」。 |
