1999年4月21日，B-55502於台北時間1017時由台北松山機場起飛，轉場飛渡至台東豐年機場。1024時通過基隆後天氣情況轉變，無法保持目視飛航，在迷失航行位置情況下，偏離航道陷入山區。隨後該機在轉彎中因航機姿態變化，消失高度而造成可控飛行狀況下撞地，於1029時墜毀於台北縣瑞芳鎮粗坑口山區。 Daily Air Corporation KAWASAKI BK117-B1 B-55502 (C/N : 1033) Crashed (CFIT) 21 April 1999 3 killed |
