中文(臺灣):彈珠汽水,源於1872年英國人Hiram Codd為了解決汽水軟木塞封口的漏氣問題,而發明出玻璃珠封口。1876年,蘇格蘭裔藥劑師兼企業家阿歷山大‧卡梅倫‧西姆將青檸和檸檬口味碳酸飲料的彈珠汽水傳入日本,深受歡迎。而彈珠汽水的日文名稱「ラムネ」,來自英文的 「lemonade」(レモネード,檸檬水)的錯聽。於1895年日治時期,彈珠汽水跟隨日軍來到台灣。 蘇澳冷泉,擁有大量二氧化碳,生物因缺氧而無法在泉水中生存,使得早期蘇澳先民以為泉水有毒,而不敢親近。直到日治時期,日本軍人竹中信景軍旅至此,因口渴飲用泉水,發覺清涼爽口,令人神清氣爽。飲用冷泉的深刻印象,讓竹中信景解甲後,回到蘇澳投入冷泉研究。證實冷泉無毒的竹中信景,將泉水視作彈珠汽水的最佳天然原料,於七星山下,開設台灣第一家汽水廠。利用蘇澳冷泉含的碳酸水,加上糖與香料,以日語音譯命名為「那姆內」的蘇澳冷泉汽水,就此聞名。 |
