中文（臺灣）：本建物起造為大和旅社原始所有人陳量先生，建築師為陳量長公子陳仁和，因為陳仁和先生優異的建築構想與才華，造就日治時期屏東火車站前唯一旅社；二次戰後，因為旅社建物及土地所有權人拆夥，旅社因此改名「大成旅社」，但不影響其特殊地位，直到民國1999年旅社因故撤照，旅社一度改租給元祖麻糬等食品業者，建物內部分格局因此改造，但是建築主體仍大致維持良好，2011年轉手至許源順先生後，維繫旅社原有格局，作為屏東市發展的活見證。 |
