中文（繁體）：中正國小校長宿舍前身為日治時期屏東的小學校，屬於日本人的小學校長宿舍，其官舍是屏東市區第一棟獨立官舍，具有代表性；日式建築樣式在屏東地區算是特殊案例，可與周邊日式官舍連結，深具歷史文化價值。
English: Zhong Zheng Elementary School Principal's Quarters was formerly a small school in Pingtung during the Japanese occupation period, it belongs to Japanese elementary school principal's quarters. Its official residence is the first independent official residence in Pingtung City. The Japanese-style architectural style is a special case in the Pingtung area. It can be connected with the surrounding Japanese-style official residences and has historical and cultural values. |
