中文（臺灣）： 宜蘭昭應宮「澤周海甸」匾懸掛於正殿右側（虎邊）次間樑架上，為木作橫長形有邊框陽刻金字匾額。匾身漆以深藍色，四邊邊框雕飾以花卉捲草紋，四角則為螭虎紋。
中行「澤周海甸」，陽刻金字，意指媽祖的德澤及於近海地區。 上款為「同治柒年端月 日」，即1868（同治7）年正月。下款為「藍翎同知署噶瑪蘭通判丁承禧謹酬」。丁承禧，根據《臺灣通志》，為江蘇無錫監生，1868（同治7）年閏4月至1870（同治9）年4月間任噶瑪蘭廳通判。丁承禧在通判任內最知名的政績，即重修噶瑪蘭城的四座城門，並依其方位搭配八卦命名，分別為：東門震平門，南門離順門，西門兌安門，北門坎興門。今尚存兌安門與坎興門之城門額，並記載重修時間為「同治戊辰桂月」，即1868（同治7）年舊曆8月。 |
