中文（臺灣）： 宜蘭昭應宮「恩德齊天」匾懸掛於正殿左側（龍邊）次間樑架上，為木作橫長形有邊框陽刻金字匾額。匾身漆以深藍色，木匾邊框上緣雕以三龍，中央為正面盤龍，兩側各一龍面朝中央；邊框下緣則雕以雙龍護珠，兩側各雕以一龍。邊框四角則雕飾以螭虎紋。
中行為陽刻金字「恩德齊天」，以寓媽祖恩德與天齊；上款為「咸豐捌年歲在戊午二月十九日恭献」，說明此匾敬獻時間是在1858（咸豐8）年；下款為「信官長白弟子富謙敬識」，為時任噶瑪蘭廳通判的富謙所敬獻。 富謙，根據《臺灣通志》，為正白旗內務府廷署佐領下議敘通判，1857（咸豐7）年3月至1860（咸豐10）年10月間，擔任噶瑪蘭廳通判。富謙在噶瑪蘭廳通判任內，除贈「恩德齊天」匾與鐵鐘予昭應宮外，亦重建先農壇，立「重建先農壇碑記」，敬獻「農醫之祖」匾；在壯圍二結庄公塚立「嚴禁放牧牲畜踐踏公塚碑」，贈林氏家廟追遠堂「公正和平」匾。 |
