中文（臺灣）：大龍峒保安宮保生大帝二祖神像，保生大帝二祖神像為木雕軟身神像，分為神像本體與座椅二部分組合而成，神像本體的姿態為坐姿，固定於座椅上。二祖神像本體挺身端坐於圈椅，雙手手臂放置於圈椅的椅圈上，雙腿垂下，雙腳踏著獅座。
顯示北台地方渡海之紀錄，具文化及宗教脈絡意義。 與北方發展關係緊密。 反映北台與唐山之聯繫。 活眼之製作具藝術性，具藝術成就。如此尺寸之軟身神像於台不多，眼部活眼技術珍貴。 對地方、族群深具代表性。
