中文（臺灣）：大稻埕係台北都市發展的起源地之一，與艋舺、台北城歷史上合稱「台北三市街」，大稻埕因緊臨淡水河，是盛極一時的繁華港埠。其中，貴德街日治時期稱為「港町」，為大稻埕地區重要街道之一，是當時大稻埕最主要的茶業製造加工中心。兩連棟建築物為2層樓建築，屬簡約磚造街屋，2樓部份開高窗，外牆清水磚大致完好，仍保留原有陽台、天井及竹節式落水管等，屋頂格局完整，而為防淡水河淹水而加高地基，表現建築地區性。
