中文（臺灣）：雲林縣大埤鄉新街三山國王廟又稱大和街三仙亭主要供奉三山國王，其信仰範圍橫跨雲林嘉義八鄉鎮大埤鄉、溪口鄉、民雄鄉、大林鎮、梅山鄉、古坑鄉、斗南鎮、元長鄉，其中鄰近鄉鎮也不少大和街三山國王神蹟，轄境範圍為五十三庄，可見是當地強勢信仰，其中元普渡祭典名聞遐邇並依古禮傳統釋教大法會普渡祈福，五十三庄內外信徒眾多，可見香火旺盛
