Description
中文：台灣銀行仰光代表人辦事處莊祖雄主任及彰化銀行緬甸仰光代表人辦事處方彥茂首席代表，於5月26日拜會駐緬甸代表處李朝成大使，就緬甸之疫情、政情、經濟等重大事件、未來展望，以及在緬營運現況等議題交換意見。

會中，銀行代表回顧去年迄今疫情及政情對緬甸總體環境及對旅緬台商的影響，並特別關切近期緬甸央行系列針對外匯及出口商之管制措施，對個人及企業的衝擊。李大使分享，因緬幣大幅貶值連動輸入性通膨後，緬甸政府投入大額外匯並祭出相關措施，試圖恢復市場信心及穩定外匯的供需，也衍生許多問題，代表處一直保持與台商業者的訊息交流，並提供可能之協助。此外，在當前政局與經濟的多重難題下，緬甸政府刻正尋求外部資源的挹注，包括投資與貿易的合作，雖然目前外企整體氛圍仍延續審慎觀望為主，但從緬甸投資暨公司管理局(DICA)近日公布的統計數據來看，有含我商在內之部分外企，已陸續釋出對緬加碼的正面訊號，爰鼓勵我在緬銀行的代表或可從更長遠的角度分析，並蒐整全面性的資訊供企業總部參考。在日前緬甸開放觀光、國際航班及簡化入境防疫後，代表處已積極籌劃今年度的雙邊交流活動，屆時將邀請在緬的各銀行代表共襄盛舉。
