| Description |
中文（臺灣）：利澤簡永安宮是利澤簡八大庄的信仰中心，自創建以來經過數次的重修。從日治中期重修迄今的三次重要修建，都另製「永安宮」廟名匾，且同時懸掛在各廟門之上。懸掛在中門上的廟名匾，上款是「庚午年孟冬之月吉旦」，為1930（昭和5）年所立，是在永安宮重修落成時，由當時的永安宮建設委員林木溪等13人所獻製，現今永安宮所見現貌，即是此次重修的結果。懸掛在龍邊門上的廟名匾，則是1966年重修時，由修建委員會一同獻製。懸掛在虎邊門上的廟名匾，則是1975年重修時，由當時的永安宮主任委員林宗聘所敬獻；此次修建是大幅整修屋頂，廟內彩繪也均重繪。 |
