Description
日本語: 1887年（明治20年）12月26日、三大事件建白運動のために、自由民権運動家の片岡健吉らは総理大臣・伊藤博文への面会をする予定であったが、同日に政府は保安条例を施行し、皇居から3里以内に自由民権運動家が近づくことを禁じる。その際の「受難」を記念し、片岡を中心に自由民権運動家が撮影した記念写真。
