Summary
[edit]Description京城日報 横溝光暉 謄写版 1945-08-18.jpg |
English: A hastily-created mimeograph (등사판) created by the last president of the Keijō Nippō (경성일보) on August 18, 1945, advising Koreans to keep calm and don't do anything rash in the immediate aftermath of the announcement of Japan's surrender on August 15, 1945. He had to do this because his Korean employees threw sand in the printing machines. They then posted these around the city. |
