文天祥像 （文相丞祠の本尊）

文相丞祠の正面に神座を設け、前に「宋丞相信國公文公之神位」の木主あり、其後方に衣冠せる塑像が安置されて居る、像は初め儒者の衣巾を纏へるを、謚を忠烈と賜ふた時改作せるもの、英姿俊爽、兩目烱然、堂々として長者の風がある、「南の揖、北の跪、予は南人なり南禮を行ふ、跪を贅るべけんや」と豪語し、元の丞相博羅を手古摺した不屈の氣慨は眉宇の間に漂ふて見江る、公の遺像に接し、其英風を欽すれば、日月を貫く忠肝義膽、凛として人に迫り、思はず襟を正うする。
