中文（臺灣）：中美傘兵於九月二十五日清晨在台灣南部開始為期八天的協同訓練作戰演習。據國防部宣佈，參加演習的部隊是中華民國陸軍空降部隊和美軍一七三空降旅下轄的第五○三步兵團第二空降戰鬥群。這個定名為「天兵演習」的作戰訓練，中美空軍協同支援的飛機，包括C119型、C130型、C124型等各種巨型機。中美空降部隊的聯合作戰演習此為首次，演習程序為空降攻擊、空投補給以及地面戰鬥行動等。
English: The Chinese and American paratroopers began an eight-day cooperative training combat exercise in southern Taiwan on the early morning of September 25. According to the announcement by the Ministry of National Defense, the troops participating in the exercise are the second airborne battle group of the 503rd Infantry Regiment under the control of the Airborne Forces of the Republic of China Army and the 173rd Airborne Brigade of the US Army. This combat training, named "Exercise of the Heavenly Soldiers," is supported by the Chinese and US Air Forces, including C119, C130, C124 and other types of giant aircraft. This is the first joint combat exercise between the Chinese and American airborne forces. The exercise procedures include airborne attacks, airdropped supplies, and ground combat operations.
