中文(臺灣):立法院舉行《促進轉型正義條例》草案第五場也是最後一場公聽會。三度獲得中國國民黨邀請的國家政策研究基金會研究員李鎨澂除再度重申先前兩場被反駁的論點,強調波蘭等國家因為轉型正義所以導致民主出現問題,轉型正義常有雙重標準、只是政治鬥爭的工具外,他更進一步批評轉型正義被視為典範的德國只是「往自己臉上貼金」。國立臺灣大學法律學院副教授柯格鐘當場反駁李鎨澂,指出他舉的Hugo Boss替納粹設計制服等例子,正是因為德國進行轉型正義釐清真相才被得知,反而可以看出轉型正義的必要性。 |
