Description
中文：中國信託商業銀行仰光辦事處劉大隆首席代表、台新銀行緬甸仰光代表人辦事處劉振國首席代表，以及合作金庫商業銀行仰光代表人辦事處簡志強首席代表，連袂於5月5日拜會駐緬甸代表處李朝成大使，就緬甸之疫情、政情、經濟等重大事件、未來展望，以及在緬營運現況等議題交換意見。

會中，李大使特別分享台僑商關切的重要議題，包括緬甸入境檢疫措施已十分開放便捷，有利台僑商來緬進行商務考察或投資活動；其次也回顧代表處在2021年緬甸政局與安全高度動盪期間，協助包機及保僑護僑的相關工作；隨後在第三波疫情嚴峻時，協助染疫台僑商取得製氧機等緊急醫療資源與救助之情形；以及後續陸續整合台僑商愛心資源，參與救助緬甸弱勢族群等工作。與會首席代表們則提到，除成本與生產鏈的考量外，如緬甸最新匯市管制、進出口許可證措施等法規面，以及政情走向、人權與國際制裁等總體環境風險，都將是台外商投資人來緬投資，作環境評估時的考慮重點。李大使回應，在未來展望方面，仍對緬甸局勢持審慎正面的看法，並將繼續推動台緬雙邊的交流，俾利我台商業者即時掌握緬甸最新情勢，作出正確營運決策。
