中文（臺灣）：本影像為太魯閣族婦女帶著孩童，在斷崖處留下的照片紀錄，今日行走在古道上，仍可追憶當時居民來往的身影。1910年至1915年（明治43年至大正4年）五年理蕃計畫期間，曾爆發太魯閣戰爭。事後各太魯閣族蕃社陸續歸順，日本政府在花蓮港廳下設新城支廳、內太魯閣支廳，以及在海鼠山屯駐一步兵中隊，加強對原住民的控制。而日方也在戰爭前後開闢合歡越嶺道，並在各部落間開闢連絡道路與廣設駐在所。我們今日所稱的錐麓古道，為當時合歡越嶺道的一段，位於三角錐山的山腹間。此影像收錄於2016年（民國105年）由花蓮文史工作者葉柏強先生撰寫、花蓮縣文化局出版的《顧我洄瀾：花蓮歷史影像集》，書中收錄了大量花蓮在地的歷史影像，如老照片、繪葉書、宣傳摺頁、郵戳樣式等，是深入花蓮文史的重要書籍。 |
