Description
বাংলা: শীতের সময় উত্তরবঙ্গের রাজশাহী, নাটোর ইত্যাদি জেলায় খেজুরের গুড় তৈরি হয়। সেই গুড় দিয়ে পায়েস তৈরি করা হয়েছে। রাতে রান্না করে সকালে খেলে এই পায়েস জমাট বেঁধে দইয়ের মতো সুন্দর জমাট বাঁধে। এই পায়েসে দুধঃচাল-এর অনুপাত ৪ঃ১।
