English: Cosmetics are constituted mixtures of chemical compounds derived from either natural sources, or synthetically created ones. Cosmetics have various purposes. Those designed for personal care and skin care can be used to cleanse or protect the body or skin.
فارسی: لوازم آرایشی موادی هستند که به‌منظور بهسازی یا حفظ ظاهر یا بوی بدن انسان به‌کار می‌روند. لوازم آرایش شامل کرم‌های محافظت‌کننده پوست، لوسیون‌ها (کرم‌های مایع)، پودرها، عطرها، رژ لب، لاک ناخن، مواد آرایشی چشم و صورت، فر مو، لنزهای رنگی، رنگ مو، ژل و افشانه مو، دئودورانت‌ها (ضد بو)، محصولات مربوط به نوزاد، روغن شستشو، کف وان (مایع ویژه وان)، نمک شستشو، روغن‌ها و دیگر انواع محصولات هستند.
हिन्दी: अंगराग या सौन्दर्य प्रसाधन या कॉस्मेटिक्स ऐसे पदार्थों को कहते हैं जो मानव शरीर के सौन्दर्य को बढ़ाने या सुगन्धित करने के काम आते हैं। शरीर के विभिन्न अंगों का सौंदर्य अथवा मोहकता बढ़ाने के लिए या उनको स्वच्छ रखने के लिए शरीर पर लगाई जाने वाली वस्तुओं को अंगराग (कॉस्मेटिक) कहते हैं, परंतु साबुन की गणना अंगरागों में नहीं की जाती।
