English translation:
In the Name of the Most High. It was agreed on the construction of this iwan during the reign of the greatest sultan, the supreme shahanshah, the sultan of the Arabian and the Persian sultans, the sultan on God's climate, the cause of the victory of God's religion, the protector of God's lands, the pillar of the world and the religion, the helper of Islam and Muslims, the fairest among kings and sultans, the Second Alexander, the Khosrow of Iran and Turan, Sultan Uljaytu Muhammad Khudabanda Khan. May God preserve his rule as long as the heavens and the climates exist. This building was built by the efforts of the greatest sheikh, the guide of the nations, blessed with God's special grace, the unknown beloved in the genealogy of the Tayfur family, the honor of the people and the religion, the adviser of kings and sultans, Muhammad son of Fadlullah son of the Bayazidian. May God bless him. This is the result of the work of Muhammad son of Husayn the plasterer from Damghan. May God forgive him, his parents and all believers. In the year 713 (AH).
