English: The traditional mill. The mill was a main tool for grinding grain, and it consisted of two heavy, round stones that were placed on top of each other, and in the upper stone there was a hole for placing the grain, and there was a handle made of wood to rotate the stone, through which it was possible to control the degree of thickness of the flour Among the most delicious and wonderful produce of this mill are: Rwaina, Dashisha, Zamita, Freekeh....

كانت المطحنة أداة رئيسية لطحن الحبوب ، و تتكون من حجرين ثقيلين مستديرين يوضعان فوق بعضهما وفي الحجر العلوى منها توجد فتحة لوضع الحبوب ، ويوجد مقبض من خشب لتدوير الحجر ، ويمكن من خلالها التحكم في درجة سمك الدقيق ومن ألذ، وأروع ما ينتج هذا الرحى : الروينة، الدشيشة،الزميطة،الفريك.... |
