فارسی: محسن اراکی (زادهٔ ۱۳۳۴ خورشیدی)، مجتهد علوم اسلامی، دکترای فلسفه تطبیقی، استاد خارج فقه و اصول حوزه علمیه قم و دبیر کل مجمع جهانی تقریب مذاهب است. وی همچنین، عضو مجلس خبرگان رهبری در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، عضو شورای عالی مجمع جهانی اهل‌بیت، مؤسس مرکز اسلامی انگلیس و مجمع اندیشهٔ اسلامی قم، یکی از اساتید دروس عالی فقه و اصول در حوزهٔ علمیهٔ قم و رئیس دانشکده اصول الدین می باشد
العربية: آية الله الشيخ الدكتور محسن الأراكي (1956-..) مجتهد وعالم دين إسلامي شيعي، أمين عام المجمع العالمي للتقريب بين المذاهب الإسلامية، وهو مؤسس المركز الإسلامي في إنجلترا، وعضو سابق في مجلس خبراء القيادة في إيران وأحد أبرز علماء الدين الإيرانيين من تلامذة المرجع الديني والمفكر الإسلامي محمد باقر الصدر ومن الذين أفادوا من الحوزة العلمية في النجف والحوزة العلمية في قم على حد سواء، وهو يجيد العربية كلغته الأم كما يجيد الإنجليزية ويكتب بها.

Er ist der Generalsekretär des Weltverbandes für die Annäherung der Islamischen Rechts- und Denkschulen (persisch مجمع جهانی تقریب مذاهب اسلامی / Majma Jahani Taghrib Mazaheb Islami; engl. World Assembly for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought; Abk. WAPIST) mit Hauptsitz in Teheran.
English: Ayatollah Sheikh Mohsen Araki is an Iranian scholar, cleric, university lecturer, and politician. He is a member of the Assembly of Experts in Iran, and a prominent Iranian cleric and one of the students of the Islamic thinker Grand Ayatollah Mohammad Baqir al-Sadr.
