Кроме того, высоки уровень переработки и утилизации отходов позволяет использовать ископаемые ресурсы гораздо эффективней и экономнее. English: Separate collection of garbage and the subsequent civilization in any civilized country in the world is of major national importance, based both on high economic benefits and the preservation of ecological balance in the region.
