Description
English: ФСГ-22-3А1 longwave infrared cryogenic photoresistor, using gold-doped germanium. Developed in 1961 for civilian applications (this unit made in 1988). The body is a glass cryostatic dewar bottle with a germanium looking window.
Русский: ФСГ-22-3А1 охлаждаемый фоторезистор длинноволнового ИК на германии, легированном золотом, завод Сапфир 1988. Корпус прибора - стеклянный дьюар, смотровое окно из просветлённого германия. Максимум чуствительности около 6 мкм. Разработка 1961 года. Основные области использования: научные исследования, промышленная диагностика, медицина, исследование различных источников ИК-излучения, в т.ч. лазерных.
