Description
English: Топинамбур это многолетнее травянистое клубненоское растение

относится к роду Подсолнечника семейства Астровые, Вырастают в высоту до 3 метров, на побегах появляются ярко - жёлтые цветы

напоминающие небольшие подсолнухи. Съедобная часть это бугристые клубни, они покрыты несъедобной кожицей. В медицине применяется при лечении гастрита, панкреатита колита, расстройства кишечника. Топинамбур укрепляет стенки сосудов, нормализует работу сердца и кровеносную систему
